To use the new website you will need an IBA number and password. To receive your IBA number and password please call the IBA office at 1-800-578-2120 or 972-444-8470, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST. For security reasons please have your IBA Member's E&O Insurance Policy number available. This number can be found on your current Insurance Declaration Page in the upper left corner. After receiving your number and password you will be able to access the programs that will enable you to process your Real Estate Transaction Ledger, Loan Transaction Ledger and/or Property Management Report on-line. You will also be able to access all current IBA information or current Real Estate News.
